How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days after shipping, to every country we serve.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Tracked shipping is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

How does Buy 3, pay 2 work?

Add 3 shirts to your cart and the cheapest one is free. It goes further: 5 shirts = pay 3, 7 = pay 4, 9 = pay 5. The discount is applied automatically in the cart. Patches are not included.

Is name & number printing free?

Yes. Choose a player from the squad list or type your own name and number on the product page.

Which size should I choose?

Check the size guide on each product page. Supporter version: we recommend 1 size up. Player version (slim fit): 1 to 2 sizes up.

How do I track my order?

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. See Track my order.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is 100% secure and encrypted.

Can I exchange or return?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised items. Personalised shirts (name, number or patches) can't be returned, except for a defect or our error. Details in our Refund policy and withdrawal form.

Are these official shirts?

No. Hat-trick sells unofficial supporter shirts inspired by the designs worn in competition. We are not an official reseller of any club or brand.
