FC Porto Third 2025/26

At Hat-trick, we want you to be satisfied with your order. Here is how exchanges work.

1. Size exchange

A size guide in centimetres is available on every product page: please check it before ordering. If the size you chose does not fit, an exchange is possible for a non-personalised item, within 14 days of receipt:

• write to us at hattrick.orders@gmail.com with your order number, the size you want and 3 photos of the item (front, back, attached label);
• the item must be unworn, unwashed and with all its labels;
• we will send you the return address and the reshipping costs by email;
• as soon as we receive the item, we ship you the new size, subject to availability.

As a size error when ordering is not our fault, the return and reshipping costs are at your expense.

2. Defective item or error on our part

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we made a mistake (size, model or printing different from your order), contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and the parcel.

We will send you a replacement item, and all costs are borne by us. This also applies to personalised items.

3. Personalised items

Items made to your specifications (name/number printing, badges or patches) are made to order: they are neither exchanged nor taken back, except in the case of a defect or an error on our part (point 2).

4. "3 = 2" offer (buy 3, pay for 2)

If part of an order that benefited from the offer is returned, the price of the items kept is recalculated without the offer.

5. Right of withdrawal and legal guarantees

The conditions of the right of withdrawal and of the legal guarantees are detailed in articles 7 and 8 of our Terms of Service.

6. Contact us

Email: hattrick.orders@gmail.com. We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
